Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully to understand how cancellations, returns, and refunds work for orders placed with us.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may still refuse the delivery or request a return after receiving the item (see Return Policy below).

2. Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:

The item is damaged, defective, missing parts, or different from what you ordered.

The return request is placed within 7 days of delivery.

The item is in unused condition, with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact.

Certain products are non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or customisation reasons. This includes (but is not limited to) personal care products, undergarments, swimsuits, perishable goods, and items marked “Non-returnable” on the product page.
3. Return Process

We will arrange a free pickup from your address (where available). In some cases, you may be asked to ship the item back yourself, and we’ll reimburse reasonable shipping charges.

The item will be inspected once we receive it.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

Refund amounts exclude any shipping fees paid at the time of order (unless the return is due to our error).

If you used a voucher, discount code, or gift card, the refunded amount may be adjusted accordingly.
5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

Price differences (if any) will be adjusted during the exchange process.
6. Special Notes

Please do not return items without our confirmation, as they may not be accepted.
